By paying the agreed fee to 'The DNA Lady UK - Genealogist', you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to all the following.

All bookings can be made via telephone conversation and /or email to hello@thednaladyukgenealogist.uk 

Payment of the agreed fee must be received before commencement of the service.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

Any extra expenses i.e. certificates, are to be paid in full at the time to carry out the service request.

If you want to cancel your agreement, you must first notify 'The DNA Lady UK - Genealogist' of your decision via email. 'The DNA Lady UK - Genealogist' will invoice you at a rate of £35 per hour, for work already carried out prior to cancellation.

All information that 'The DNA Lady UK - Genealogist' finds will be provided to you the client and added to the relevant website accounts you are subscribed to. 

Please notify 'The DNA Lady UK - Genealogist' of any concerns you may have before commencing the service requested.

Personal Data

In order to receive services from 'The DNA Lady UK - Genealogist' you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself i.e. name, address, email address.

Personal details such as date of birth and relative information will also need to be provided by you in order for the DNA and genealogy services to go ahead.

No information will be shared with third parties or passed on to any other parties without your consent.

'The DNA Lady UK - Genealogist' does not engage in bulk email or newsletter type marketing activities. All emails you receive from 'The DNA Lady UK - Genealogist' will be regarding the services requested.

Your personal information is not kept electronically, but on paper and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use, as detailed in the Data Protection Act 1998. This information will be used to provide the services, record keeping and accounting purposes.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that 'The DNA Lady UK - Genealogist' hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. Please address any such request to hello@thednaladyukgenealogist.uk
